
Microsoft has announced its latest edition of Surface Pro and Surface laptops. Both devices are equipped with the most recent Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) CPUs. They have anti-reflective screens with incredibly small bezels, Wi-Fi 7, 5G connectivity, and a longer battery life of up to 22 hours. The new Surface Laptop for Business will be available in two display sizes, the 13.8-inch and 14-inch screens.

The Surface Laptop has two different screen sizes: a 13.8-inch screen with 2304 × 1536 pixels and a 15-inch screen with 2496 × 1664 pixels of resolution.

In contrast, the Surface Pro has a 13-inch PixelSense Flow screen with a 2880 x 1920 pixel resolution and comes with both LCD and OLED variants. It can attain a maximum brightness of 900 nits, has a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and is Dolby Vision IQ certified and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Both the Surface laptops have a 10MP ultra HD rear camera and a 1440p quad HD front-facing camera.
There is an Intel Core Ultra 7 268V processor underneath the chassis. The Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chip is another option available for the business edition. Both the Surface Pro and Surface Laptop offer 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and offer up to 1TB of Gen 4 SSD storage.

Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface devices improve workflows, productivity, and collaboration with features including Windows Backup and Hotpatch, Autopilot in Intune, and Windows Autopatch.
The laptops have a Surface Connect port, a Surface Pro Keyboard port, and two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4. Additionally, they enable 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
The Microsoft Pluton security processor, which is included by default on Copilot+ PCs, is a chip-to-cloud security solution that guarantees Zero Trust principles and serves as a secure vault, shielding private data like encryption keys and passwords from potential threats.

Microsoft’s Surface Pro and Surface Laptop are set to be available for purchase from select retailers starting February 18th with price starting at $1,499.99 and $1,499.99 respectively.
